Q: Can we still use CAxxx modems on AquaWeb?
Yes, you can. But Sulzer do not have any replacement in case of broken CAxxx modems. We also recommend that you replace the CA524 modems asap (There have been a lot of problems with them).
Q: Do we have to order new SIM cards?
Yes, the old SIM cards will become unusable according to the time plan (End of September 2025).
New part number for the new SIM is: p/n 28007016 (ordered just like any product in SAP)
Q: When we replace the SIM card by a new one, what about the old SIM card?
Report the old SIM card phone number or SIM number labeled on the SIM card to C&M by email (tech_supportcm.abs.se@sulzer.com) and after that the SIM card can be scrapped.
Also; when changing to Tele2 SIM card the IP address and APN must be changed (according to instructions). New IP 192.168.252.025 and new APN. aquaweb.tele2.com
(On the old SIM cards the IP adress and the APN is the same and are not supposed to be changed)
Q: Are instructions for the new modem and the settings available?
Yes, they have been sent out to local SU and product champions (Setup Teltonika with AquaWeb in ENG, GER, SPA). And on the Trouble shooter.
Q: Is it possible to get the Teltonika modems pre-configured?
Yes, If desired, the Teltonika modems can be ordered pre-configured with both the APN or RS232 setup for a cost of €25 directly from the Swedish supplier.

Q: Old SIM cards (p/n 28007004) can be used for time period of six months, to the end of September. Will you send "automatically" new SIM cards (p/n 28007016)? Or do I need to order them?
You can use the old SIM cards six months to the end of September 2025. New SIM will have part number: 28007016. Within that period, you need to change them to the new SIM cards. You have to keep track of your own SIM cards yourself. There will be warnings sent out before the time period expires, but new SIM cards will NOT be sent out automatically.
